Here's what you need to know:
• Disco is a burgeoning ed tech SaaS platform/learning management system that received a cash infusion in late 2021/early 2022 and was ready to start creating strong SEO content and establishing themselves as a thought leader in the industry.
• They sought me out from my work with App Academy and brought me on as a content consultant and a copywriter to help establish their brand voice and reach prospective customers. Unlike other learning management systems, Disco seeks to bridge learning with community and prioritizes both features on the platform, and they needed an expert to create content with that lens in mind.
• I lead copywriting efforts for all of the articles, guides, and topics, and community pieces featured in their Learning Hub and Guides sections to help inform, entertain, and inspire new and existing customers. I also create case studies and generate them into Customer Stories.
• I also currently lead social media for the Disco team.
