In the workplace, I'm a strategic marketing professional with over three years of experience in holistic digital brand management, which combines my expertise in copywriting, content creation, and social media execution. Previously, I've had the chance to showcase both my creative project management and consulting abilities on a number of different campaigns and projects.

Some of my earliest and proudest efforts in media began at a startup running company called Janji, where I penned longer form blog content to maximize SEO and overhauled the company's Pinterest page to be utilized as a branding tool, increasing followers and engagement by over 25%.

Marketing Specialist, iFLY Indoor Skydiving

As the company's first Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for this international brand's image both on and offline: organic and paid social media management, content strategy and creation, website design, and copywriting across all mediums in coordination with graphic designers to create functional marketing materials.

I also assisted the Executive Leadership and Directors' boards in collaboration with an external agency during a recent brand shift from an entertainment outlet to a sporting and lifestyle brand.

Social Media & Community Manager, Main Street Hub
Austin, Texas · October 2015  — March 2017

Main Street Hub (recently acquired by GoDaddy) prides itself on helping small businesses in their local communities by increasing their social footprint. As a Social Media & Community Manager, I was responsible for creating both written and visual content for a portfolio of nearly 200 customers across all industries - auto, retail, medical, and hospitality - weekly. Additionally, I managed their online reputation by monitoring their review sites and doing damage control when needed.

Almost as important as the work I did for my customers was the behind-the-scenes help I offered our Product + Engineering teams; I was always on the shortlist to beta test new products, create brand boards for customers, and was even offered a spot on a coveted team of pilot SM+C Managers who assumed a lot more responsibility and a larger workload because of my performance.
